You must not share your login credentials with any other person. dbk444 will treat any activity conducted through your Account as having been authorised by you unless you have notified dbk444 in writing (at [email protected]) that your Account has been compromised. dbk444 will not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
- Registering more than one Account for any reason, including to claim multiple welcome bonuses.
- Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
- Registering on behalf of another person or allowing another person to use your Account.
- Using a virtual private network (VPN), proxy server, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions.
§ 4 Deposits & Withdrawals
dbk444 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are available through the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The payment method used for withdrawals must match the payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise approved by dbk444 support.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the dbk444 cashier section at the time of each transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and by account verification level. Limits are subject to change without notice, though dbk444 will endeavour to communicate material changes to Players in advance.
dbk444 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) for verified accounts. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method used and on whether additional verification checks are required. dbk444 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems outside the Platform's direct control.
All deposits and withdrawals are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) checks. dbk444 reserves the right to delay or refuse any transaction that triggers AML screening thresholds, to request documentary evidence of the source of funds, and to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law. Players who refuse to cooperate with AML checks may have their Account suspended and their Balance frozen pending investigation.
dbk444 does not charge platform fees on deposits or standard withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet or card provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside dbk444's control. Always check your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay fee schedule before transacting.
§ 5 Bonuses & Promotions
dbk444 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All such promotions are subject to these general Terms & Conditions as well as any specific terms and conditions published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms & Conditions and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.
The following general rules apply to all bonuses on dbk444 unless a specific promotion states otherwise:
- Welcome bonuses are available to new Players making their first qualifying BDT deposit. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, per registered mobile number, and per IP address.
- Bonus funds are held in a separate bonus balance and are not available for withdrawal until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
- Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonus funds and any associated winnings will be removed from your Account if the wagering requirement is not met within the validity period.
- dbk444 reserves the right to determine which games and betting markets contribute towards bonus wagering requirements. § 6 User Obligations
By maintaining an active dbk444 Account, you agree to comply with all of the following obligations throughout the duration of your use of the Platform. These obligations are in addition to, and not in substitution of, any obligations arising under applicable Bangladeshi law.
- You will keep all personal information held on your dbk444 Account accurate and up to date. Any change to your name, registered mobile number, or address must be reported to dbk444 support at [email protected] promptly.
- You will use the Platform solely for your own personal entertainment and will not use the Platform for any commercial purpose.
- You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Bangladesh in connection with your use of the Platform, including laws relating to online financial transactions.

§ 7 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on dbk444 and constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. dbk444 reserves the right to take immediate action, including Account suspension, Balance forfeiture, and legal proceedings, against any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct.
- Using any automated software, bot, script, algorithm, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets, spin games, or interact with the Platform in a manner that is not consistent with genuine human play.
- Exploiting any bug, glitch, or technical error in the Platform software or any Game Provider's game to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from known software errors are void and will not be paid.

§ 8 Intellectual Property

All rights are reserved.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
§ 10 Account Suspension & Termination
dbk444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if dbk444 determines that any of the following circumstances apply:
- The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including the Prohibited Conduct clauses set out in Section 7.
- The Player has provided false, misleading, or unverifiable information during registration or during a KYC or AML verification check.
- dbk444 has reasonable grounds to suspect the Player of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct in connection with their use of the Platform.
- The Player has requested Self-Exclusion through the dbk444 responsible gaming tools, in which case the Account will be suspended for the period chosen by the Player.
- dbk444 is required to close the Account in order to comply with a legal obligation, regulatory requirement, or court order.
- The Player's Account has been inactive (no login or transaction activity) for a continuous period of 12 months or more. dbk444 will notify the Player by email before applying an inactivity closure.
Where an Account is closed following a Terms & Conditions breach, dbk444 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated winnings in the Account. Real-money Balance (funds deposited by the Player, net of any fraudulent or bonus-abusing transactions) will ordinarily be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC or AML checks.

§ 12 Amendments to These Terms
